During this workshop all participants will receive step by step instruction and hands on experience in the process of mushroom log inoculation. All tools and materials will be provided. Each participant will prep and inoculate pre cut hardwood logs with Shiitake, Golden Reishi and/or Oyster spawn. You will learn the role these types of mushrooms (saprotrophs) play in our environment. After the workshop participants will take home a log they inoculated to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
